In a proceeding to summarily discharge a mechanic’s lien filed by the respondent on July 5, 1990, the petitioner appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Oshrin, J.), dated March 12, 1991, which denied his application pursuant to Lien Law § 10 (1) and § 19 (6) to discharge the lien. The appeal brings up for review so much of an order of the same court, dated June 14, 1991, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination (CPLR 5517 [b]; Matter of Podolsky v Narnoc Corp., 149 Mise 2d 839).
