DECISION AND ORDER

MARRERO, District Judge.

Petitioner Carlos Alvarez (“Alvarez”) filed this petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenging his conviction on a New York State indictment for narcotics trafficking, to which Alvarez pled guilty. The sole issue raised by Alvarez is whether he was improperly denied a hearing pursuant to United States v. Wade, 388 U.S. 218, 87 S.Ct. 1926, 18 L.Ed.2d 1149 (1967), following his identification as the suspect in what he contends was an impermissibly suggestive show-up arranged by the police.
