Reversing.

Anna B. Grilligan died a citizen and resident of Louisville, Kentucky, on the 21st day of March, 1936, at the age of about 80 years. She had previously resided at Watson, Indiana, where she. was engaged in the mercantile business and also postmistress for approximately 40 years. In 1928 she sold her business and moved to Louisville and purchased a home and another house and lot. She lived alone most of the time until August, 1935, at which time she became confined to her bed suffering from Bright’s Disease and other complications. The appellant…
