Agins v. Schonberg

Plaintiff, Susan Agins, the widow of Dr. Howard Agins, filed a medical negligence lawsuit against Dr. Allan Wolff, Dr. Jeffrey Schonberg, and Otolaryngology Group, Ltd., for failing to evaluate, diagnose, and treat decedent’s malignant nasal polyp (esthesioneuroblastoma cancer), thereby contributing to his death on October 7, 2002.
