Plaintiff, as holder and assignee of claims aggregating $1,669.20, for labor alleged to have been performed on what was known as the John Woodley, Incorporated, well, located in Webster parish, and being the L. & A. No. 2, Bodeaw well, proceeded, so it is alleged, under Act No. 171 of 1928, and caused to be provi-visionally seized the well rig, machinery, appurtenances, and appliances on the premises and used in connection with the drilling of said well.
