This was a scire facias against "Joseph Bradley as principal and appellants as sureties on a recognizance taken August 9, 1884, by a Justice of the Peace, in the sum of one thousand dollars, and conditioned for the appearance of said principal at the September term next following of the Circuit Court of Greene County, to answer to an indictment for rape.
