In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, medical expenses and loss of services, plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 11, 1971, which granted defendant Shepard Lindenman’s motion to dismiss the complaint as to him on the ground that it failed to state a cause of action against him. Order reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and motion denied.
