Defendant filed a petition under section 72 of the Civil Practice Act, Ill Rev Stats 1967, c 110, § 72, to vacate a judgment entered against him “by consent” in a proceeding under the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act, Ill Rev Stats 1967, c 68, § 50, et seq., for support monies in behalf of a spouse and minor children. Plaintiff waived filing an answer to the petition for post-judgment relief. After a hearing an order was entered denying the relief sought.
