This appeal is from a judgment of the Appellate Court for the Second District affirming a decree of the circuit court of Peoria county dismissing for want of equity the amended bill filed by Franklin D. Kelly and Marguerite Dorrance against Edwin Lehmann and Minnie R. Lehmann, his wife, by which complainants sought to redeem certain premises in the city of Peoria at the westerly corner of Jefferson avenue and Main street, extending 54 feet bn Jefferson avenue and m feet on Main street, formerly known as the Old Library building.
