Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered April 13, 1973, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of manslaughter in the first degree and sentencing him to imprisonment for not less than four years nor more than 12 years, modified in the interest of justice to strike from the sentence the imposition of a minimum of four years, and otherwise affirmed.
