These three writs of error are prosecuted"for the reversal of a decree -rendered in the two consolidated cases of Pope’s adm”r. vs Rowan’s exec’rs., and Lytle’s ■exec’r.; and heirs, &c., and of Hatch against the same. The bill of Pope afterwards revived by his Executors was filed on the 29th-of October 1830, that of Hatch on the 15th of March 1839.
