This matter comes before the Court on the motion of secured creditor Rossrock Fund II LP (“Rossrock”) and RR REO II LP (“RR REO”) to reopen this chapter 13 bankruptcy case or in the alternative obtain relief from the dismissal order, and to annul the automatic stay nunc pro tunc to December 2, 2011.
