WIGGINTON, Judge.
Appellant appeals the deputy commissioner’s denial of temporary total disability benefits from November 11, 1980, through October 7,1981, and his denial of attorney’s fees. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
Appellant injured his back in a work related accident on November 19, 1979, while employed by appellee, University of Flori*700da. At the time of the hearing, appellant was twenty-seven years old and had a work history as a laborer.
