This was an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff while riding as a passenger in an-automobile being driven by one of the defendants while on busi ness as an agent for certain other defendants. The appeal is from an order of the trial court overruling separate demurrers of defendants Smith and Tutterow to plaintiff’s amended petition as amended.
