In this action, plaintiff seeks damages for alleged breach of contract in the sale of a certain parcel of land by defendant Small Business Administration of the United States [SBA] through its agent co-defendant Brown Childs Realty Auction Company [Childs]. Plaintiff also seeks equitable relief of specific performance against the SBA.
