BYERS, District Judge.

This is a motion for an order quashing a search warrant dated September 24, 1956, signed by a United States Commissioner, directing the search of premises 1881 West 9th Street, Brooklyn, New York, because of the alleged concealment therein of a still, alcohol and mash, in violation of Title 26 U.S.C. § 5008, subd. (b) (1).
