PREWITT, Judge.
Plaintiff, a licensed architect, sought to recover a fee for preparing house plans and specifications for defendants. Defendants’ answer stated that plaintiff was not entitled to recover because he was negligent in several particulars in preparing the plans, including failing “to make proper provisions to allow for the placement of a wood-burning furnace in the basement area”.
