KELTON, Senior Judge.

Bernard J. Grace petitions for review of an November 25, 1992 decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), which affirmed the Referee’s denial of benefits under Section 404(d) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). 1 We affirm.

The Board and the Referee concluded that Mr. Grace’s pension benefits were deductible from his weekly unemployment compensation benefit rate and that he was ineligible for unemployment compensation benefits because 100% of his prorated pension of $304.00 exceeded the weekly benefit rate of $291.00.
