This is a rule to bring ejectment under the Pennsylvania Act of Assembly of March 8, 1889, P.L. 10, as amended April 16, 1903, P.L. 212, 12 P.S.Pa. §§ 1543, 1544. The proceeding is brought to remove a cloud upon Plaintiff’s title to certain lands in Dingman Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania.
