[¶1] The 61 st Legislative Assembly passed Senate Bill 2121 (2009 N.D. Sess. Laws ch. 261), which has been signed by the Governor, and became effective July 1, 2009. This legislation provides for an additional district court judge in the Southeast Judicial District with the chambers to be assigned by the Supreme Court.
