HUNTER, Judge.

Defendant/third-party plaintiff Erie Insurance Exchange (“Erie”) appeals from the trial court’s summary judgment in favor of third-party defendant Robert Hurley (“Hurley”) as to Erie’s subrogation claim against Hurley, for the loss of Larry Barnes’ (“plaintiff’) 1989 Freightliner truck chassis (“Freightliner”) caused by Hurley’s alleged negligence. In addition, plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s summary judgment in favor of Erie and the trial court’s summary judgment in favor of Hurley as to all of plaintiff’s claims against Erie and Hurley. We affirm in part and reverse…
