THOMAS, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal by a farmer-debtor from an order entered in a proceeding under § 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S. C.A. § 203.

The appellant filed his petition under § 75 on March 5, 1941, and was adjudged bankrupt under § 75, sub. s, on May 31, 1941. Thereafter his property was duly appraised, and on August 25, 1941, an order was entered by the Conciliation Commissioner staying proceedings against the bankrupt or his property for a period of three years, allowing the debtor to retain possession of his farm under the supervision and control of the court, and fixing…
