MIKVA, Circuit Judge:
This appeal concerns the propriety of the Metropolitan Police Department’s detention of the appellant and her luggage at Union Station, which ultimately led to the discovery of several kilos of cocaine and her indictment on charges of narcotics possession with intent to distribute. Appellant challenges the district court’s denial of her motion to suppress the physical evidence, alleging Fourth Amendment violations.
