Appellants George Hamaker and Jane Hamaker Bowman appeal the judgment of the Bradley County Probate Court denying their claim against the estate of Robert Lee Hamaker. For reversal, Appellants argue that the probate court erred: (1) in finding that the statute of limitations barred their claim against the estate; and (2) in denying their petition to compel an inventory of the estate. This case was certified to us from the Arkansas Court of Appeals pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 28-l-116(a) (1987); thus our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 1 — 2(d). We…
