FULTON, Judge:

A general court-martial, consisting of members with enlisted representation, convicted the appellant, contrary to his pleas, of two specifications of rape and single specifications of violating a general order, adultery, indecent language, wrongful use of a steroid, assault with a dangerous weapon, and kidnapping in violation of Articles 92, 112a, 120, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 912a, 920, 928, and 934.
