Defendant appeals from an order denying, without a hearing, his motion in the nature of writ of error coram nobis. His principal contention is that prior Pennsylvania convictions, upon the predicate of which he was sentenced in this State as a fourth felony offender, were rendered in violation of constitutional limitations, namely, that he was not informed of his right to counsel and that he was not represented by counsel at any stage of the proceedings.
