for the Court:
¶ 1. This appeal stems from an order by the Wayne County Circuit Court dismissing Carl Watts’s motion for post-conviction relief (PCR) as time-barred. Finding no error, we affirm.
FACTS
¶2. On July 30, 2010, Watts filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea, which the circuit court treated as a motion for PCR. In his motion, Watts stated that on July 15, 1992, he pled guilty to robbery.
