This is an appeal from a jury verdict in favor of Solomon Abdo, A.L. Hernden, Frederick Zlotucha, Itamic, Inc., and George J. Abdo (collectively, “appellees”). The underlying lawsuit involved an appeal by appellees from the Bexar County Appraisal Review Board’s determination on the appraised value of three separate real property tracts owned by appellees.
