—Reversing.
Morris Anderson Drury died on the thirtieth day of November, 1938; his widow, then twenty-four years of age, and five children survived him; one child anteceded him in death. Upon his death, the widow and children were in destitute circumstances; in fact, for a long time previous to his death, Mr. Drury had been ill, and he and his family were dependent upon charity. Upon advice of the pastor of her church, Mrs. Drury requested the Louisville Baptist Orphans’ Home, of Louisville, to assume the custody of the four older, children.…
