Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia ATLANTA,____________________ June 17, 2025 The Court of Appeals hereby passes the following order: A25A1757. CHARLIE D. CARTER v. THE STATE. A jury found Charlie Carter guilty of two counts of child molestation for acts that occurred between 2010 and 2012. The trial court sentenced him to fifteen years’ imprisonment on each count, to run consecutively. In 2015, this Court affirmed Carter’s convictions in an unpublished opinion.
