People v. Ramtahal

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lopresto, J.), rendered February 4, 2015, convicting him of assault in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

At trial, the complainant testified that the defendant attacked her and, among other things, punched her twice in the stomach and lifted and dropped her to the ground.
