Appeal from an order of the County Court of Ulster County (Bruhn, J.), entered August 16, 2002, which, inter aha, dismissed plaintiffs appeal from an order of the New Paltz Town Court.

Plaintiffs services as a bus driver for defendant were terminated. Plaintiff, acting pro se, sued defendant in New Paltz Town Court to resolve a dispute concerning continued health insurance coverage.
