This case comes before the court on the Chapter 7 Trustee’s (“Trustee”) Objection to Exemptions Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 4003(b). [Doc. # 41].The Debtor filed for relief under Chapter 7 on May 21, 2014. The underlying asset in issue here are funds from a garnishment.
