*833Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Sullivan, J.), rendered August 10, 2009, convicting him of murder in the first degree, murder in the second degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
