A petition under Chapter 11 of the new Bankruptcy Code was filed by debtor, Bush Gardens, Inc., on October 16, 1979. The debtor remained in possession and for a short time continued operation of its business. 1 Prior to the filing, debtor was engaged in the operation of a restaurant and liquor business located on Route 130, Yard-ville, New Jersey. One of the assets held by debtor was a retail consumption license issued by the Township of Hamilton.
