Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Franklin County (Main, Jr., J.), rendered November 18, 1991, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.

Defendant contends that the People violated the terms of the plea agreement by failing to recommend that his sentence run concurrently with a previously imposed term of imprisonment and that the sentence of 2 Vs to 7 years to be served consecutively to his previously imposed sentence is harsh and excessive.
