The plaintiff is a boy about thirteen years of age, and sues the railway company for damages alleged to have been sustained on account of having been wrongfully ejected from the train. He boarded a southbound, passenger train at Rison, Arkansas, a station on appellant’s road in Cleveland County, on Sunday afternoon, July 31, 1904, and presented to the conductor a ticket reading from Clio, a station about four miles north of Rison, to Camden, Arkansas.
