Loyale Babbitt, doing business as Babbitt Electrical and Refrigeration Company, entered into a contract with Leslie L. Mitchell, *21doing business as Mitchell Construction Company, to undertake certain subcontractual work in the construction of an elementary school building at Preston, Idaho.
