The Medical Society of the County of New York complained to the City Magistrates! Court of the Fifth District of the First Division of the City of New York, upon information contained in the affidavits of Frances Benzecry, Katie Farenga and Mabel Kenny.that the defendant had violated section 318 of the Penal Code.
