Before the court in this workmens compensation case is the appeal of Claimant, Harry C. Frymiare, seeking review of an order of the Workmens Compensation Appeal Board (Board).
The basic facts are not in dispute. Claimant, a laborer in the employ of D. Pileggi & Sons (Employer), was injured in the course of his employment on February 17, 1983. The obligation to pay compensation by Pileggis insurer, Security Insurance Group, is undisputed.
