GUTIERREZ, Chief Judge.

Bennie Dale Coffin appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence entered upon the jury verdict finding him guilty of felony domestic violence. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURE

On June 1, 2005, police twice responded to Coffin’s residence to investigate two separate reports of domestic violence. The first report was made by Coffin’s live-in girlfriend, Kalee Chandler, who called 911 reporting that she and Coffin had been in an altercation.
