{¶ 1} Appellant, Jeffrey O'Brien, was charged with one count of violation of a prior court order in violation of R.C. 2152.02 and one count of receiving stolen property in violation of R.C. 2913.51 (Case No. JU-132894). In Case No. JU-133166, appellant was charged with one count of obstructing official business in violation of R.C. 2921.31 and one count of resisting arrest in violation of R.C. 2921.33.
