MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
MARTHA VÁZQUEZ, District Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant MasTec, Ina’s (“MasTec”) Amended Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 16] and Plaintiffs Motion to Strike or in the Alternative Response to Defendant Mastec, Inc’s Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 26]. The Court, having considered the Motions, briefs, relevant law, and being otherwise fully informed, finds that the Defendant’s Motion is well-taken and will be GRANTED and that Plaintiffs Motion is not well-taken and will be DENIED.
