Petitioner Frank Schwamborn seeks reconsideration of this Court’s order, dated June 20, 2007, denying his petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (“Section 2255”) to vacate his criminal conviction and sentence in the underlying criminal action, United States v.
