In August 2011, the County Court of Lamar County, sitting as a juvenile court, entered an order of adjudication and disposition, finding X.B.1 to have engaged in delinquent conduct. X.B. was placed on probation in the custody of his mother. In October 2011, the trial court entered an order modifying disposition, committing X.B. to the Texas Youth Commission (TYC).
