I dissent to that portion of the majority opinion disallowing the accumulated interest on the Frisby judgment against Blissett.
Article 2 § 13 of the Arkansas Constitution, provides that, “Every person is entitled to a certain remedy in the laws for all injuries or wrongs he may receive in his person, property or character, . . .”
Arkansas Statutes § 29-124 (Repl. 1962), provides:
“Creditors shall be allowed to receive interest at the rate of six (6) per cent per annum on any judgment before any court or magistrate authorized to enter up the same from the day of signing judgment until the…
