MEMORANDUM OPINION
THOMAS W. WALDREP, JR., Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court on March 25, 2011, upon the First Application for Compensation for Special Counsel for Trustee (the “Application”), filed on behalf of the Chapter 7 Trustee on February 23, 2011. The Application sought to compensate Daniel C. Bruton, as special counsel for the Trustee, for his services in recovering assets for the benefit of the bankruptcy estate.
