Plaintiff commenced an action in the District Court of Harris County, Texas, seeking recovery for damages resulting from an alleged breach of a limited partnership agreement between herself and the defendant. Defendant answered by way of general denial in state court and then filed a petition for removal to this Court in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1446.
