In consolidated tax certiorari proceedings to review the assessments on certain real property for the tax years 1977-1978 and 1978-1979, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 15, 1979, which dismissed the petitions. Judgment reversed, without costs or disbursements, and new trial granted. As evidence of the fair market value of the subject parcels, petitioner introduced a real estate appraiser’s report analyzing sales and listings of comparable parcels which was admitted as part of the appraiser’s direct testimony.
