| Appellant Elizabeth Tribble brings this appeal from an order of the Lawrence County Circuit Court in which the court awarded custody of her son, C.T., to appel-lee William Tribble, C.T.’s father. Elizabeth Tribble and William Tribble were married on June 3, 2006. C.T. was born on September 26, 2008. On March 23, 2010, appellee filed for divorce alleging general indignities.
